Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an On-Site Health and Safety Officer to implement, monitor, and improve safety programs across our job sites. The role demands active training, rigorous inspections, and strong regulatory compliance leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will lead safety orientations, conduct toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and maintain documentation while traveling to multiple project sites across the country to promote a culture of safety and continuous

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in health and safety roles, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the country over an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of on-site operations to ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency plans and risk assessments.
• Provide on-site safety training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations for workers and contractors.
• Observe workers to ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Investigate and report incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective actions.
