Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support implementation and daily administration of safety programs across projects and operations. You will work with field leadership, project teams, and safety leadership to promote safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and hazard awareness.

Responsibilities include field inspections, incident reporting, training, onboarding, audits, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, and hazard recognition principles.
• Understanding of construction operations, electrical safety practices, PPE requirements, and jobsite safety expectations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, field leadership, subcontractors, and customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of company safety programs, policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives across assigned operations and projects.
• Conduct routine field inspections, safety observations, audits, and jobsite reviews to identify hazards and support corrective action efforts.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective action tracking, and maintenance of required compliance documentation and records.
• Coordinate and support employee safety orientations, toolbox talks, training sessions, workforce communication efforts, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, customer requirements, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
