Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is actively seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across projects, branch operations, service operations, or field activities. You will work with field leadership, project teams, and safety leadership to promote safe work practices, regulatory compliance, hazard awareness, and workforce engagement on active construction sites.

Responsibilities include field inspections, training, incident reporting, audits, onboarding, and maintaining safety documentation.

Qualifications

Basic to intermediate knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazard recognition principles.
Understanding of construction operations, electrical safety practices, PPE requirements, and jobsite safety expectations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, field leadership, subcontractors, and customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Support implementation and administration of safety programs across operations and projects.
Conduct routine field inspections, safety observations, and audits to identify hazards and support corrective actions.
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and maintenance of compliance documentation and records.
Coordinate safety orientations, toolbox talks, training sessions, and onboarding activities.
