Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and daily administration of safety programs across assigned projects and operations. You will work closely with field leadership, project teams, and safety leadership to promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• OSHA regulations knowledge is required.
• Experience with construction safety practices and hazard recognition.
• Ability to read safety procedures and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Certifications such as OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of safety programs, policies, and compliance initiatives across operations and projects.
• Conduct field inspections, safety observations, audits, and jobsite reviews to identify hazards and support corrective actions.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective action tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate safety orientations, toolbox talks, trainings, onboarding, and workforce communication.
• Monitor OSHA compliance, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with field leadership, project teams, and subcontractors to promote safety engagement.
• Maintain safety records, inspection logs, certifications, and audit findings.
• Support continuous improvement, customer audits, and emergency response activities.
