Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and daily administration of safety programs across projects and operations. You will work with field leadership to promote safe practices, regulatory compliance, hazard awareness, and workforce engagement on active construction sites.

The role involves assisting with inspections, training, incident reporting, and documentation, while coordinating orientations and communications.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of construction or safety experience.
• Experience supporting field operations and inspections.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and incident reporting.
• Ability to read safety procedures and reports.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of safety programs and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct field inspections, observations, audits, and jobsite reviews.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and onboarding.
• Monitor OSHA regulations, PPE usage, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors to promote safety.
• Maintain safety records, logs, and training documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and regulatory inspections.
