American Overhead Door & Dock is seeking a Safety & Compliance Coordinator for the Greater Philadelphia area. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies to keep warehouses, loading docks, and service operations compliant with OSHA and local regulations.

You will conduct regular inspections, maintain safety records, deliver training, and support root-cause analysis for safety events while coordinating with technicians and managers to reinforce

• Must have a strong foundation in regulatory compliance (OSHA and state/local regulations).
• Ability to perform risk assessments, incident investigations, and data-driven safety improvements.
