Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and inspect contracted work in medians and parkways.
• Perform on-site inspections of landscape vegetation for hazards.
• Review contractor plans; ensure compliance with city standards.
• Attend pre-construction and final acceptance meetings.
• Assist ROW Manager with surveying and administrative duties.
• Close out work orders and resolve complaints.
• Provide input on ROW ordinances and design standards.
• Maintain project status updates for ROW Supervisor.
