Job summary

Prometric Ireland Limited invites experienced nurses to join our San Angelo, TX program as Nurse Aide Evaluators. This role involves proctoring CNA exams, observing and scoring clinical skills, and ensuring high-quality test experiences for candidates and clients.

The position requires active RN licensure, LTC experience, and the ability to travel between nearby test sites. It offers part-time hours across multiple days, with Prometric support for site operations and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in long term care or caring for chronically ill individuals.
• Staff development and/or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proctor computerized exams and observe candidates.
• Score candidate clinical skills objectively.
• Ensure test event delivery and security.
• Prepare sites by setting up and cleaning rosters.
• Maintain test area according to Prometric policies.
• Greet examinees and verify IDs.
• Monitor written and/or practical exams and direct proctors as needed.
• Manage testing environment for smooth candidate flow.
• Observe and rate practical exams.
• Resolve issues or report incidents to supervisor.
• Protect exam content and reboot/reset workstations as needed.
• Provide on-site leadership for candidates and foster professional relationships.
• Serve as Prometric Brand Ambassador during test administrations.
