Job summary

Prometric, the global leader in testing and assessment services, seeks an experienced Nurse Aide Evaluator to administer the CNA exam for candidates pursuing CNA certification. This role is ideal for RNs looking to apply clinical skills outside of hospital settings while ensuring a high-quality test experience.

The position requires travel to testing sites within a 30-45 mile radius of the employee's zip code, with up to 3 test days per week.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• One year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
• Ideal candidate may have staff development or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Proctoring computerized knowledge-based examinations.
• Observe and score candidates during clinical skills.
• Test event delivery and security.
• Prepare for events by monitoring rosters and site setup.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Monitor candidates during written and/or practical exams.
• Manage testing environment for candidate flow.
• Report issues to supervisor and ensure exam integrity.
