Job summary

Prometric invites experienced Registered Nurses to evaluate CNA candidates at our San Angelo test centers. You will proctor computerized exams, observe clinical skill demonstrations, and ensure a seamless testing experience for candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include site preparation, rosters, ID verification, and on-site leadership during test events. A valid RN license with long-term care exposure is required; some staff development experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of operation.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• One year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
• Staff development or training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proctor computerized CNA exams and observe candidate skills.
• Test events delivery and security duties.
• Prepare sites, monitor rosters, and ensure proper setup.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Manage testing environment and assist with written/practical exams.
• Address candidate issues and report to supervisor.
• Protect exam content and reboot workstations as needed.
• Provide on-site leadership and promote Prometric brand.
