Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.

Responsibilities

• Proctor CNA exams and score candidate performance.
• Ensure test event delivery and security.
• Prepare for events by checking rosters and site setup.
• Maintain test area in accordance with policies.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Monitor candidates and direct written/exam administration as needed.
• Support testing environment and candidate flow.
• Observe and rate practical exam components.
• Resolve candidate issues and report incidents.
• Protect exam content with secure computer-based testing.
• Possess technical proficiency to reboot workstations and reset passwords.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience and uphold Prometric standards.
