Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• One year of experience in long-term care or with chronically ill individuals.

Responsibilities

• Proctor a computerized CNA knowledge-based exam and observe candidates during clinical skills demonstrations.
• Test event delivery and security, prepare sites, monitor rosters and site setup/cleanup.
• Greet examinees, verify identification, and manage candidate flow during written and practical exams.
• Maintain test area knowledge of Prometric policies and practices; report incidents to supervisor.
• Resolve candidate issues, protect exam content, and reboot workstations or reset passwords as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with testing sites and coordinate online appointment schedules.
• Provide on-site leadership and act as Prometric Brand Ambassador during test administrations.
• Observe, rate, and document candidate performance on practical examinations.
