Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Clinic in Kearney, MO. This is 100% on-site, full-time, with 40+ hours per week and a pay rate of $58.80/hour. The role requires a BSN, active RN license, and at least 1 year of related healthcare experience.

You will perform patient assessments, administer medications, phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing. Training is provided, with schedules set in 6-week blocks and potential for permanent hire.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical).
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temp).
• Evaluate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Conduct medication reviews and identify potential interactions.
• Educate patients regarding medication administration and self-care.
• Document medical histories in the EMR and maintain accurate records.
