Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN, ASN, BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing with the NC Board of Nursing.
• 2 years experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Develop and implement nursing care plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform Chronic Care Management activities and assist with patient intake.
• Obtain and record patient vitals and document in EMR.
• Clinical Documentation: accurately document interactions and changes in care.
• Supportive Care: assist with inquiries, tests, and prescriptions as needed.
