Eastern Nephrology Associates (ENA) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in North Carolina. The RN will provide direct patient care, develop care plans, document care, and support providers with HIPAA-compliant data handling.

This on-site position requires NC RN licensure, ADN/ASN/BSN, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with 8 am–5 pm hours and HIPAA-compliant practice management.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN, ASN, BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing with the NC Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement nursing care plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Accurately document patient interactions and changes in care interventions.
• Perform chronic care management activities and patient intake.
• Obtain and record vitals (BP, temp, pulse, weight).
• Support providers with real-time collaboration and secure data handling.
