Job summary

GRVTY's Northstrat division is seeking a Junior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver RF-based space electronic warfare systems at our on-site facility in Northern Virginia. You will join a hands-on team focused on assembly, integration, testing, QA, and documentation to support production contracts.

The role emphasizes following procedures, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with production, logistics, and engineering to meet delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a hand-on, on-site environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability and production schedules.
• Build and integrate electronic equipment and perform acceptance tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with engineering support.
• Document production data and maintain records in ticketing and configuration systems.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in teardown, packing, and shipping of systems and maintain a clean work area.
