Northstrat, a GRVTY company, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Production Technician to build, test, and deliver systems for our production contract to produce and maintain space electronic warfare systems.

As a Junior Production Technician, you will work on site in Northern Virginia, performing hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting hardware and software, and documenting production data with QA and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret test procedures and technical documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability and production schedules.
• Build and integrate electronic equipment and perform acceptance tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with engineering.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Operate and monitor test equipment and ensure calibration accuracy.
• Assist in teardown, packing, and shipping of systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
