Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager specializing in commercial construction to join our Project and Development Services team in New York, NY. The role focuses on delivering challenging construction projects and driving client satisfaction through proactive teamwork and proactive use of technology.

You will work closely with clients and vendors, manage project documents, track vendor RFPs, and develop scope and schedules while supporting minor renovations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business, accounting, engineering, or real estate preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in project or construction management.
• Experience with construction management technology tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage industry changing construction projects.
• Collaborate with team to deliver challenging projects and meet deadlines.
• Interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage project documentation.
