• Build product knowledge to inform buying decisions and styling tips.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving, stock checks, and inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Handle returns and exchanges per policy and ensure guest satisfaction.
