Job summary

M68 Apartments in the Iowa City–Cedar Rapids area seeks a Maintenance Technician for a 1099, part-time on-site role. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance across residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general systems, and respond to resident requests with professionalism.

You will create work orders, conduct preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, maintain logs, and support renovation projects while upholding safety standards and a respectful,

Qualifications

Must have practical maintenance & repair skills for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general upkeep.
Experience with residential or multifamily properties preferred.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools and follow safety codes.
Strong communication and customer service skills with residents and staff.

Responsibilities
