Job summary

EAH Housing seeks a dedicated Resident Manager II to oversee operations at Meheula Vista I-IV, a 300-unit affordable housing community in Mililani, HI. You will ensure financial, physical, and social stability while directly managing on-site staff and tenant relations.

Must live on site and have HUD/ADA compliance knowledge. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of affordable housing management experience, with budgeting skills and a strong grasp of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines is preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations to ensure fiscal, physical and social soundness.
• Oversee day-to-day property management activities and on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/TCAC regulations and lease processes.
• Collect rents, process deposits and maintain accurate rent rolls.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and tenant relations.
