EAH Housing seeks a Resident Manager I for affordable housing properties in Oahu, HI. Onsite housing may be available. Requires 1+ year of property management experience, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of HUD/TCAC/DFEH/ADA guidelines. Yardi is a plus; REL license or plan to obtain within 9 months. Salary range: $21.17-$36.85/hr; DOE.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, finances, and staff, with a focus on maintaining fiscal and social soundness of the property.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
• Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.
• Yardi experience is a plus; REL license or willing to obtain within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, make deposits, prepare rent rolls, and verify income.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, TCAC or other regulations.
• Maintain waiting lists and process leases.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate repairs.
• Process evictions and conduct annual inspections; submit HUD vouchers.
