Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven IT Technician or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Windows support.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting to automate IT tasks.
• Experience with Dell SupportAssist for device management and diagnostics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users in Sylmar and regional sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security settings in Microsoft 365.
• Develop and deploy PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Utilize Dell SupportAssist for device management and diagnostics.
• Create reports and maintain IT asset lifecycle documentation.
• Assist in setting up new job sites with network and onboarding tasks.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to improve service delivery and efficiency.
