Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of field support experience, preferably in a branch environment.
• Experience supporting financial services clients is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (3 years of experience may count as 1 year of education).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general enterprise IT tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
• Local candidates or willing to work on-site; travel to nearby branches may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and infrastructure at branch locations.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues related to applications, connectivity, VPNs, and IT services.
• Support and maintain in-house and third-party software, including market data applications.
• Act as escalation point for Helpdesk issues and collaborate with Network Services and global support teams.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records and ensure IT policy compliance.
• Assist with home office setup and remote work support.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
• Stay updated on new technologies and internal tools.
