Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance engineering support to improve reliability, availability, safety, and performance of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and strengthen preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
• Lead RCFA for significant or repetitive equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor PM and PdM programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Support mechanical integrity activities, inspections, and spare parts decisions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering to share practices and align reliability standards.
