Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Relationship Banker I or commensurate banking experience

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional client experience by completing requests which may include deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine requests
• Develop knowledge of Bank products and services in order to better assist clients and refer them to other areas of the Bank as appropriate
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and resolve basic account questions
• Respect and maintains strict confidentiality of all information acquired while performing job tasks
• Verify client identity to ensure compliance with bank policy and procedure
• Maintain an orderly work area and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift; report any discrepancy
• Maintains regular, on-time attendance.
• Complies with all regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act and all others specific to their position.
• Performs other various duties as assigned
