Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-scope residential renovation or construction projects.
• Ability to evaluate contractor work firsthand across structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong communication and accountability with contractors.
• Organizational discipline to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Reliable transportation to the Baltimore metro area.
• Ownership mindset; hands-on field approach.

Responsibilities

• Visit active project sites weekly and verify progress, quality, and timeline.
• Capture organized photo/video documentation at each site visit.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors and resolve issues in real time.
• Perform hands-on quality control against specifications.
• Maintain records of progress, costs, and payments.
• Coordinate work with architects/engineers on larger projects.
• Lead final walkthrough and punch-list; prepare turnover documents.
• Escalate contractor performance issues with clear evidence.
