Tobin Capital Group in San Francisco seeks a Private Equity Associate to drive portfolio operations and support acquisitions, with 5 days in the office. You will lead operational improvements and work across our expanding real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major unspecified.
• 2+ years of work experience; Private Equity, Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, or Real Estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management of Portfolio: Support all daily operational needs of the business.
• Operational Efficiency Analysis: Evaluate inefficiencies and deploy solutions to improve performance.
• Front-Line Team Leadership: Lead hiring, run monthly meetings, mentor front-line staff.
• Acquisition Management: Assist with onboarding and due diligence for potential deals.
• Training & Continuing Education Program Development: Oversee education programs for front-line and corporate teams.
