Bertram Capital is seeking Associates to join the firm’s Industrials investment team in Foster City, CA for a 2026 start date. You will work with Principals and Partners on a range of opportunities, from evaluating new platforms to portfolio management and deal execution.

We hire self-starters with strong analytical and communication skills and a track record in investment banking; the role offers growth in private equity within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years investment banking experience depending on level.
• Undergraduate degree required with strong GPA/ACT-SAT scores.
• Fluency with financial statements, modeling and capital structure.
• Ability to work in entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new platform investments and assist with deal execution.
• Assist with portfolio management and investment thesis development.
• Collaborate with Principals and Partners on a mix of opportunities.
