Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year commitment with potential extension to a third year.
• 2-4 years of strategy consulting, transaction advisory or investment banking experience required.
• Start date will be fall 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling, financial analysis and valuation of potential transactions.
• Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for the Firm's analysis of transactions.
• Play an integral role in the transaction team through the due diligence and closing process.
• Monitor existing investments in the firm's portfolio.
• Tracking industry trends and sourcing potential transactions.
