The ideal candidate will have a JD, MA Bar admission, 5+ years of real estate experience, and a proven ability to manage closings, title reviews, and lender interactions

Qualifikationen

• A JD and admission to the MA Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney or in real estate law.
• Strong background in commercial real estate and residential real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated expertise in conveyancing, title review, and closing processes.
• Working knowledge of lender rules and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client counseling abilities.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and deeds.
• Conduct title examinations and resolve complex title issues.
• Oversee and manage real estate closings from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and government agencies to facilitate transactions.
• Support or manage foreclosure proceedings and property-related litigation, as needed.
• Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
