Our client, a growing law firm in the real estate industry, seeks a highly motivated Real Estate Attorney to join their team. This role will involve approximately 50% Commercial Real Estate Law and 50% Residential Real Estate Law, offering a diverse caseload and opportunities for professional advancement.
- 5Mc year de experience practicing law with a focus on real estate transactions and conveyancing.
- Bar admission in Massachusetts (required).
- Expertise in Wills, Trusts, Probate Law; litigation experience is a plus. \ outs<\/li>
- Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with strong organizational skills.
- Provide legal counsel on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and sales.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct thorough title examinations, probate transfers, and ensure compliance with lender rules and regulations.
- Represent clients in real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and probate-related matters.
- Assist clients with estate planning, wills, trusts, probate filings, and administration.
