Job summary

Buitron Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Caldwell, ID. You will provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs, implement behavior intervention plans, and assist in behavior analysis while documenting progress and communicating with families.

You will apply ABA principles and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
Active RBT is Required
Knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques
Education in Psychology or related field
Empathy and patience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field is preferred but NOT required

Responsibilities

Provide direct support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs.
Implement behavior intervention plans and assist in behavior analysis.
Apply principles of applied behavior analysis and document progress.
Communicate with patients and their families and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
