Job summary

Buitron Behavioral Health (BBH) is hiring a full-time Registered Behavioral Technician for on-site work in Caldwell, ID. You will provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs, implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

The role requires RBT certification, knowledge of ABA techniques, and the ability to document progress and communicate clearly with patients and families.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavioral Technician, located in Caldwell, ID. The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide direct support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting in behavior analysis, and applying principles of applied behavior analysis. The technician will be responsible for documenting progress, communicating with patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Active RBT is Required
• Knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques
• Education in Psychology or related field
• Empathy and patience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
