Job summary

Buitron Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Caldwell, ID. You will provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs, implement behavior intervention plans, and assist in behavior analysis while documenting progress and communicating with families.

You will apply ABA principles and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
• Active RBT is Required
• Knowledge of Behavioral Intervention techniques
• Education in Psychology or related field
• Empathy and patience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field is preferred but NOT required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavioral Technician, located in Caldwell, ID. The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide direct support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting in behavior analysis, and applying principles of applied behavior analysis. The technician will be responsible for documenting progress, communicating with patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
