Qualifications

• Two+ years of progressive leadership in transportation, logistics, distribution, or ramp operations.
• Experience leading union and/or hourly workforces.
• Experience with workforce management, scheduling, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily ramp operations, including loading and unloading of catering equipment and supplies.
• Manages ramp personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, FAA, and TSA guidelines.
• Conducts regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Coordinates with flight operations and catering teams to ensure timely loading.
• Monitors ramp efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Resolves operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintains records and reports on ramp activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
