As a Transportation/Ramp Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate all ground-level activities related to aircraft catering and loading operations. This role is responsible for monitoring safety, service, and operational performance while leading by example to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and time-sensitive environment and has at least two years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, warehouse, or ramp operations. Success in this role requires experience leading union and/or hourly workforces,safety focused,strong employee engagement and performance management skills, and proficiency with workforce management, scheduling, and reporting systems.
