Qualifications

• Provide interface between Lear Plants and customer on issues, new product launches.
• Be the face of Lear customer to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a link between the customer Plants and Lear assembly plants.

Responsibilities

• Operate on-site at the customer plant during required shifts to support quality and related issues.
• Daily notification of customer plant issues including quality, engineering or production.
• Maintain customer concern countermeasure list for plant issues.
• Coordinate quality and/or engineering issues that may jeopardize the customer and Lear.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance to drawings and specifications.
