Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on our Amarillo, TX project. You will plan and enforce quality programs, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure installations meet project specifications and codes.

You will review design documents, mentor staff, and witness QA/QC activities daily on site, driving adherence to quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with QA/QC programs and procedures.
• Experience implementing project QA/QC plans on construction sites.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and specs for quality control.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to support site teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project specific QA/QC Programs.
• Review and approve trade contractor QA/QC Programs and procedures.
• Facilitate QA/QC coordination with trade partners and project teams.
• Manage, schedule, coordinate, and witness QA/QC activities on site.
• Review design documents for constructability issues.
• Monitor construction activities for design/spec/code compliance.
• Explain technical product properties and interactions to teams.
• Mentor staff and share technical information across the company.
