Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC programs on a major project in the Seattle area. The role partners with project teams to ensure materials and installations meet contract quality requirements and company standards.

The position is located at the job site in or around greater Seattle, with oversight of audits, procedures, and trade partner coordination. Requires extensive construction QA/QC leadership and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• At least high school diploma or GED required.
• USACE CQM Certification preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage QA/QC Programs and Plans on the project.
• Perform quality audits of construction activities and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular quality meetings to discuss and resolve issues.
• Review and sign off on construction work plans, IREs and QA/QC docs.
• Review and approve trade contractor QA/QC Programs and SOPs.
• Facilitate QA/QC coordination with trade partners and project teams.
• Review design documents for constructability issues.
• Mentor staff and share technical knowledge across the company.
