Arnold Magnetic Technologies in Rochester, NY seeks a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality Management System, ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 where required, and drive continuous improvement across QA, QC, audits, and supplier quality.

You will lead corrective actions, CAPA, and 8D processes, collaborate with operations and engineering, and mentor the quality team to sustain product and process excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field preferred.
• Several years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 knowledge preferred for aerospace/defense environments.
• Experience with 8D, CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP.

Mansioni

• Lead and maintain the site QMS in accordance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, lead, and follow up on internal, customer, certification, and third-party audits.
• Manage customer complaints, returns, RMAs, and quality issues with containment and corrective actions.
• Support supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and supplier audits.
• Develop and report meaningful quality KPIs and trends to management.
• Lead and develop the Quality organization and foster a quality-first culture.
