Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site QMS, ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met, and drive continuous improvement. The role oversees quality assurance, control, corrective actions, audits, and supplier quality within a manufacturing environment.

On-site leadership will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage metrics, and advance preventive quality tools, with a focus on risk reduction and product conformity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or related field.
• Several years of progressive quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 preferred for aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading 8D, CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP.
• Experience with audits (internal, customer, third-party).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality ERP software.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site's QMS per standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure documentation, monitoring, and continual improvement of quality processes.
• Interact with teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvement.
• Plan and lead internal, customer, certification, and third-party audits.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications where required.
• Manage customer complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions.
• Oversee QA for incoming materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Apply preventive quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP).
• Lead supplier quality, performance monitoring, and supplier audits.
• Support measurement systems and calibration.
