Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies seeks a Quality Manager to lead the site QMS, ensuring products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. You will drive quality assurance, control, corrective actions, risk management, and audits on site.

You will build a quality-first culture, manage supplier and customer quality, lead 8D/CAPA activities, and support new product development from a quality perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or related field preferred.
• Several years of progressive quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 preferred for aerospace/defense environments.
• Experience with 8D, CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP.
• Experience leading internal, customer, and third-party audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site QMS in accordance with standards and customer requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, lead, and follow up on audits (internal, customer, certification, third-party).
• Manage customer complaints, RMAs, corrective actions, and verification.
• Support supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and supplier audits.
• Develop and report meaningful quality KPIs and trends to management.
