Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 where required. You will oversee quality assurance, control, audits, corrective actions, risk management, and supplier quality as part of the site management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 for aerospace/defense preferred.
• Experience with 8D, CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, and corrective actions.
• Experience leading internal, customer, and third-party audits; CAPA and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management/ERP software systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site QMS in accordance with standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Plan, coordinate, lead, and follow up on internal, customer, certification, and third‑party audits.
• Manage customer complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions with effective containment and verification.
• Develop, maintain, and report meaningful quality KPIs and trends to management.
• Support supplier quality and collaboration with Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers.
• Travel to other locations as required for customer meetings, audits, and supplier visits.
