Job summary

IS International Services is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Quality Inspector to serve as the on-site quality representative at CM facilities. You will monitor manufacturing quality, perform inspections, document nonconformances, and escalate issues that could affect safety, compliance, or delivery.

You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and suppliers to prevent defects and support compliant production and shipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in quality inspection or related industrial environment.
• Experience documenting nonconformances and verifying corrective actions.
• Contract manufacturing, electrical‑mechanical equipment, or BESS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active quality presence on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform risk-based in-process, final, and pre‑shipment inspections using approved requirements.
• Verify product and process compliance with drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Support NCRs and verify completion of approved corrective actions.
• Escalate significant quality, safety, regulatory, or shipment concerns.
• Provide routine status updates on inspections and shipment readiness.
