Job summary

IS International Services, LLC is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Quality Inspector to serve as the on-site quality representative at assigned CM and supplier facilities. The role monitors manufacturing quality and performs risk-based inspections to prevent quality escapes and ensure shipment readiness.

You will work with Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and supplier personnel to manage nonconformances, corrective actions, and escalation of conditions affecting safety,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
• 5–10 years in quality inspection or related industrial environment.
• Experience inspecting, documenting nonconformances, and verifying actions.
• Contract manufacturing, electrical–mechanical equipment, or BESS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active quality presence on the manufacturing floor during production.
• Perform risk-based in-process, final, and pre-shipment inspections with approved requirements.
• Verify product and process compliance with drawings, specs, and work instructions.
• Support NCRs and corrective actions, and document approvals.
• Escalate quality and safety concerns to leadership; ensure shipment readiness.
