Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and current RN license in South Carolina.
• Previous acute care clinical experience.
• Attention to detail and follow up necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with patients, families, hospital staff, physicians, and community resources.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and report infection prevention and patient safety data.
• Evaluate patient care and hospital practices in MUSC inpatient settings for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategies, programs, and education to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
• Support ongoing surveillance and data-driven quality improvement across the organization.
