Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Laboratory Quality Control Technician role is based in Hazlet, NJ (USA) on the day shift.

You will perform standardized chemical, physical and instrumental analyses to support QA, R&D, and production teams, maintaining analytical instrumentation and data entry. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Quality Technician role, preferably in a fragrance, flavors or aroma chemical industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Chemistry, Biology, Science or similar field.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized laboratory tests for quality assurance, research and development of products and formulations.
• Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation and report results.
• Enter data into SAP, PLM, and other databases and ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate with chemists, evaluators, and QC teams to resolve quality issues.
