SQA Services, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented quality support associate to aid calibration tool organization in a warehouse setting. The role reports to on-site leadership, typically 8–5 with occasional overtime, and requires proficiency with ERP systems and IndySoft for inventory and calibration workflows.

Candidates must possess strong computer skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work effectively within a quality management system. ITAR compliance and fluent English are essential.

Formación

• Ability to follow verbal and written procedures precisely.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/IndySoft systems.
• ITAR compliance and strong English literacy are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and life up to 50 lbs.
• Experience within a quality management system is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Report to on-site client leadership for a 40-hour week (8-5 with overtime).
• Utilize Excel, ERP, and IndySoft to manage calibration workflows.
• Organize calibration tools in a warehouse and determine action for calibration or repair.
• Log equipment into inventory and create POs for calibration/repair.
