We deploy associates located across the United States and in 90+ countries to supplier sites, delivering on-demand on-site QA expertise. We seek a detail-oriented warehouse/QA support professional in Los Angeles who can operate Excel, ERP, and IndySoft, lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work within a quality management system and read/write in English.
• Must be ITAR compliant and able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to client on-site leadership for a 40-hour work week (8-5 with occasional overtime).
• Utilize multiple computer systems including Excel, client ERP, and IndySoft.
• Work in a warehouse to organize calibration tools and determine if items require calibration or repair.
• Create POs for calibration or repair in ERP and log equipment in IndySoft for traceability.

We deliver services by deploying associates who are located throughout the United States and in 90+ countries around the world to your supplier sites. Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to client on-site leadership for 40 hours work week, typical shift is 8-5 with some overtime available
• Must be able to utilize multiple computer systems including Microsoft Excel, client ERP, and client warehouse database system, IndySoft
• Work in a warehouse setting to support organization of calibration tools including:
• Identifying tools in a warehouse
• Reviewing tool to ensure it is operational to decide if it should be sent for calibration or repair
• Utilizing ERP to create a PO for calibration or repair
• Logging equipment into inventory in IndySoft program for traceability

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written procedures
• Strong organizational and computer skills including Microsoft office suite
• Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Must be ITAR compliant
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.

$28 - $32 an hour
